WHERE ALL NOTICES OF THE MEETINGS OF THE TRI-CITY REGIONAL SANITARY DISTRICT WILL BE POSTED

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02(A)(3), the Tri-City Regional Sanitary District hereby states that all meeting notices of the Tri-City Regional Sanitary District and any of its committees and subcommittees will be posted at the Claypool Post Office at 4281 E. Broadway, Claypool, AZ 85532, which is open to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, and the Tri-City Regional Sanitary District website at trsdwastewater.org. Such notice(s) will indicate the date, time, and place of meeting(s), and will include an agenda or information on how the public may obtain a copy of such an agenda. Agendas are available at least 24 hours prior to any meeting.
